When does Australian Idol 2024 start?

The producers of the show have finally announced the Australian Idol 2024 start date.

Well, Australian Idol Season 9 is going to air in 2024 primarily because filming for the auditions took place last year in October 2023 in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, and the Gold Coast, and filming for the top 30 also took place at the newly opened Sydney Coliseum Theatre in Rooty Hill, New South Wales, Australia.

Another convincing fact that Australian Idol is going to take place this year is the fact that the judging panel has already been announced with new judges, they are; Amy Shark, Kyle Sandilands, and Marcia Hines who were all revealed in October of 2023.

When does Australian Idol 2024 start?

Australian Idol 2024 is scheduled to start on Channel 7 and 7plus on Monday 29 January 2024 at 7:30 p.m., the show will then air for three months and conclude towards the end of April.

Australian Idol season 9 will be hosted by the incredibly talented Scott Tweedie and Ricki-Lee Coulter.
