Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Kobe kicked off his career at the age of four, becoming one of the youngest Elvis impersonators in Australia.
Kobe’s upbringing was surrounded by a musical family, and his early breakthrough was inspired by his mother after a young Kobe would be found in his living room on numerous occasions belting out classic Elvis Presley songs.
As he grew older, Kobe started to venture into wanting to become his own artist and started learning multiple instruments, music theory and dove deep into songwriting.

Audition
During the auditions, Kobe White performed “Just the Way You Are” by Bruno Mars.
He received three ‘Yeses’ from judges Amy Shark, Kyle Sandilands, and Marcia Hines.

Top 30
During the Top 30 week, there were three performance challenges namely; “Chorus Line Challenge”, “Group Challenge”, and “Solo Challenge”.
Part 1
For the “Chorus Line Challenge”, Kobe White was in a group with Imogen Spendlove, TJ Zimba, Jess Chalmers, and Jonathan Wells.
He sang “Blinding Lights” by The Weeknd and the judges told him that he did enough to advance to the second challenge of the Top 30 Week.
Part 2
For the “Group Challenge”, Kobe was in a group with Amy Reeves and Dylan Wright.
He sang “Torn” by Natalie Imbruglia and advanced to the third and final challenge of the Top 30 Week.
Part 3
For the “Solo Challenge”, Kobe performed “You’re Still the One” by Shania Twain and advanced to the Top 21.
Top 21
Kobe White performed “When I Was Your Man” by Bruno Mars but was eliminated from the competition and missed out on advancing to the Top 12 finalists.
