Background
Joanie and Sophie of Air SUP Acroyoga are friends who created the discipline of sup acroyoga in 2016 when they had the brilliant idea of combining acroyoga and SUP.
This practice did not exist in Quebec and was very little known worldwide, making them pioneers in this field.
They developed Air Sup Acroyoga in July 2020 to create an experience, sharing their passion and encouraging people to try something different and innovative.
These two French ladies are based in Quebec, Canada.
