Australian Idol 2023 Voting Results

We are almost midway into the eighth season of Australian Idol following its premiere on Monday 30 January 2023, on Channel 7 and 7plus.

Australian Idol voting by the viewers kicked off on Sunday 26 February 2023 and on this page, we have summarised all the results of Australian Idol Season 8 in 2023.

Below are the Australian Idol 2023 voting results, the below tables basically show which contestants were voted for to progress to the next stage by the Australian public.

Top 12

After the Australian Idol Season 8 Top 12 contestants performed live on Sunday 26 February 2023, the Australian public voted for their favourite singers to advance to the Top 10.

Please take note that Top 12 singer, Phoebe Stewart, automatically advanced to the Top 10 after she was saved by the judges’ vote, therefore she was not part of the voting at the Top 12 stage.

Top 8

Following the live performances by the Australian Idol Season 8 Top 8 contestants in episode 17 on Sunday 12 March 2023, the Australian public voted for their favourite singers to advance to the Top 6.

Meanwhile, Top 8 contestant, Josh Hannan, progressed to the Top 6 after he was saved by the judges’ vote, this simply means that he was not part of the voting exercise at the Top 8 stage.
