Bill Flynn from Cape Town, Western Cape won Celebrity Big Brother South Africa on Sunday 30 June 2002.
An actor and singer, Bill sadly passed at the age of 58 due to a heart attack on Wednesday 11 July 2007.
Richard Cawood
Richard Cawood from Cradock, Eastern Cape won Big Brother South Africa Season 2 on Sunday 13 October 2002.
A farmer and professional hunter, Richard Cawood was rewarded with a R1 million grand prize.
Mandla Hlatshwayo
Mandla Hlatshwayo, a spaza shop owner from Sebokeng, Gauteng, won Big Brother Mzansi Season 1 on Sunday 6 April 2014.
He walked away with a cool R1 million as his prize.
Mandla was 24 years old at the time of his victory.
Ace Khumalo and Ntombi Tshabalala
Ace Khumalo and Ntombi Tshabalala, a couple from Johannesburg, Gauteng, won Big Brother Mzansi Season 2 on Sunday 18 May 2015.
The couple won themselves a R2 million grand prize.
Ace Khumalo and Ntombi Tshabalala were 24 and 22 years respectively at the time of their victory.
Mphowabadimo
Michelle Dimpho Mvundla, popularly known as Mphowabadimo, was crowned the Big Brother Mzansi Season 3 winner on Sunday 3 April 2022.
She took home a grand prize of R2 million.
Mphowabadimo, a sangoma from Daveyton, Gauteng was 27 years old at the time of her Big Brother Mzansi victory.
McJunior Zondi
Siphephelo Zondi, also known as McJunior, an aspiring writer and creative from Durban, KwaZulu-Natal won Big Brother Mzansi Season 4 on Sunday 31 March 2024.
He walked away with a grand prize of R2 million.
Sweet Guluva
Akhonamathemba Mbele, also known as Sweet Guluva, a student living in Cape Town, Western Cape, won Big Brother Mzansi Season 5 on Sunday 23 March 2025.
He walked away with a grand prize of R2 million and several other prizes from M-Net and Mzansi Magic, and the other sponsors of the show like LottoStar and Chillers Punch.
