Here are the Prizes received by the Idols SA 2020 Top 10 Contestants
The Idols SA 2020 ‘Season 16’ Top 10 contestants received prizes from some of the brands that sponsor Idols SA.
1. Truworths

The Idols SA Top 10 contestants received cool fashion vouchers from the Divisional Manager for Truworths, Mr. Patrick Pududu. He thanked the Idols SA singers for looking so good in their threads as he announced their cool vouchers.
2. Yamaha South Africa

The contestants also received a R12,000 voucher for music equipment from Jessica Jooste, GM: Marketing at Yamaha South Africa.
Yamaha has been with Idols SA since the very first season and now the Season 16 contestants can visit the World of Yamaha in Sandton to choose some new musical instruments.
3. Darling

The Marketing Manager at Idols SA’s hair-styling partner Darling, Phumzile Baliki gifted the Top 10 contestants with 3 months-worth of Crochet and Empress hair extension to help the ladies ‘Find their Beautiful’ valued at R7,500 and barber vouchers for the boys at the same value.
Phumzile Baliki said that the singers have found their voices, now they can ‘find their beautiful’ with Darling vouchers.
4. Old Mutual Bank

The Head of Brand at Old Mutual, Thobile Tshabalala presented our Top 10 contestants with R5,000 in an Old Mutual Money Account, a portable turntable, and recording time at the Old Mutual AMPD Studios to record a single.
Thobile Tshabalala congratulated our talented Idols SA Season 16 Top 10 contestants and advised them to spend the money wisely.
5. Samsung South Africa

Mr Sung Yoon, CEO of Samsung South Africa, gifted the Idols SA Season 16 Top 10 with brand-new Samsung Galaxy S20 FE phones and boy, it was a beauty.
