When does Idols SA 2020 start on TV?

Well we are aware that majority of you the fans of South Africa’s most popular singing and talent discovery television show ‘Idols SA’ are already asking yourselves when is Idols SA 2020 starting on TV.

Well we have answered that question below.

– Idols SA 2020 start date : Sunday 2 August 2020 at 17:30 (South African Standard Time ‘SAST’).

– Idols SA 2020 end date : Sunday 13 December 2020

So in simple terms, Idols SA season 16 will be broadcast from the month of August, through, September, October, November and end in December.

And as usual, the show will be airing on Mzansi Magic channel 161.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:
Due to the Covid-19 epidermic, the schedule of Idols SA this year was changed a little bit, this means that the show will not be able to start in July as usual. A decision was taken recently for our beloved show to kick off in August as we’ve already stated above.
