Tarryn Stokes is an Australian singer, songwriter, session vocalist, and vocal coach from Whittlesea, Victoria. She is the winner of The Voice Australia Season 12 in 2023.

She is 40 years old.

Tarryn followed her passion for music and singing since she was a child.

Her world-class voice combined with a passion to encourage and inspire others captivates her audience.

Tarryn Stokes was approached by Guy Sebastian’s wife Jules to demo for his song “Magic” and featured on his 2009 track “Like It Like That”.

With a promising start to her music career, Tarryn Stokes made the difficult decision to step away from singing to prioritize family.

Tarryn is a wife and mother of two children, a boy, and a girl.

However, the break has taken a toll on her confidence and she sees The Voice Australia as her last chance to pursue her dreams and overcome her fears.

During the Blind Auditions, Tarryn Stokes performed her own rendition of “She Used To Be Mine” by Sara Bareilles.

She received four chair turns from the coaches (Jason Derulo, Rita Ora, Guy Sebastian, and Jessica Mauboy) and a standing ovation.

Tarryn chose to join Team Rita.
