Shyjana Terzioska | The Voice Australia

Shyjana Terzioska is an Australian singer and songwriter from Western Sydney, New South Wales.

She was a contestant on The Voice Australia Season 12 in 2023.

Shyjana is 24 years old.

Shyjana was raised by a single mother who worked three jobs so she was able to follow her dreams of becoming a successful musician.

During the early stages of her music career, Shyjana appeared on Season 4 of The Voice Australia in 2015.

Four years ago in 2019, Shyjana and her mother lost everything they owned in a house fire.

Shyjana in particular lost all her music equipment which included guitars, and pianos. She could not even write music anymore.

After taking a break from live performance to focus on writing and producing her new sound, Shyjana is back and better than ever.

During the Blind Auditions, Shyjana performed “Castles” by Freya Ridings.

She was able to secure two chair turns from coaches Jessica Mauboy and Jason Derulo.

The other two coaches Rita Ora and Guy Sebastian were unable to turn because both their Teams were already full.

Shyjana chose to join Team Jess.
