Maz Green | The Voice Australia

Maz Green is an Australian singer, songwriter, and Disability Support worker from Melbourne, Victoria.

She was a contestant on The Voice Australia Season 12 in 2023.

Maz is 26 years old.

Alternative yet introspective, Maz’s melodic unique voice reflects her love for soul-pop music.

Maz’s sound mixes with modern indie rock acts like Olivia Rodrigo, Holly Humberstone, and Phoebe Bridges. Maz garnered attention for her viral single ‘Somewhere Else’ in 2019.

Since then, Maz Green has emerged as one of the most promising young artists in Australia’s vibrant indie scene.

From playing shows with Bands and artists around the country, and teaching young women with disabilities how to write their own music, Maz is only just getting started.

During the Blind Auditions, Maz performed her own rendition of “Snap” by Rosa Linn.

She got all four chair turns from coaches Rita Ora, Guy Sebastian, Jessica Mauboy, and Jason Derulo.

Maz Green chose to join Team Guy.
