Jade Taunton | The Voice Australia

Jade Taunton is an Australian singer from Western Australia. She was a contestant on The Voice Australia Season 12 in 2023.

She is 23 years old.

Music has always been Jade’s escape and The Voice Australia is a chance to make her dreams a reality.

During the Blind Auditions, Jade performed an emotional rendition of “Landslide” by Fleetwood Mac.

She got all four chair turns from coaches Jessica Mauboy, Rita Ora, Jason Derulo, and Guy Sebastian, in addition to receiving a standing ovation from the audience.

Jade Taunton then shared her story as a carer for her sister who has cerebral palsy stating: “I didn’t know who I was as a person.”

Jessica Mauboy then comforted the young singer on stage, revealing the performance “took me to a whole other place with her vocals”

Jade chose to join Team Jess.
