Ebony Ruth.

Ebony Ruth is an Italian-Australian singer and songwriter from Brisbane, Queensland.

She auditioned on The Voice Australia Season 12 in 2023.

Ebony is also a multi-instrumentalist who brings a soulful edge to an urban R&B sound.

Singing from the young age of 4 years old, Ebony’s style is heavily influenced by the late 90s and early 2000s era.

Taking inspiration from the likes of Craig David, Destiny’s Child, and Alicia Keys, Ebony Ruth’s music is uniquely complemented by her unmistakable tone and lyrical impressionism.

During the Blind Auditions, Ruth performed “Sorry Not Sorry” by American singer and songwriter, Demi Lovato.

She did not get any chair turns from the coaches (Jason Derulo, Rita Ora, Jessica Mauboy, and Guy Sebastian) thereby ending her journey on Season 12 of The Voice Australia.
