When is Australian Idol 2023 starting?

The Australian Idol 2023 start date has finally been announced by the producers of the show.

Well, Australian Idol 2023 (Season 8) is definitely going to happen this year primarily because filming for the auditions took place last year in October 2022 in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, and the Gold Coast, and filming for the top 50 also took place at the newly opened Sydney Coliseum Theatre in Rooty Hill, New South Wales, Australia.

Another convincing fact that Australian Idol is definitely going to take place this year is the fact that the judging panel has been already announced with new judges, they are; Meghan Trainor, Harry Connick Jr., Kyle Sandilands, Amy Shark, and Marcia Hines (guest judge for the season) who were all revealed in September of 2022.

When is Australian Idol 2023 starting?

Australian Idol 2023 is scheduled to start on Channel 7 and 7plus on Monday 30 January 2023 at 7:30 p.m., the show will then air for three months and then conclude towards the end of April.
