Top 7: Nosipho apologises to fans for her poor performance

Idols SA 2018 top 7 contestant Nosipho Silinda has made an apology to her fans following her poor live performance last Sunday.

The current season is in full effect and after an interesting Show Stopper episode this past weekend, some might argue that Nosipho’s performance was rather underwhelming, despite the fact that she’s a fave for many Idols SA viewers.

She’s been trying her best but fans are still not impressed.

On Sunday we saw the likes of Thato, King B and Yanga kill their performances during the Show Stopper themed episode.

However, with Nosipho, though some might argue that she sang well, other viewers of the show have come out to express that she did the bare minimum with Sunday night’s performance and that it seems as though she is just ready to go home and call it quits.

Speaking to Isolezwe, Nosipho said she admits and apologises for not having given her all in terms of her performances for the last couple of weeks and not giving viewers what they want. She explained that she is naturally a shy person and that this experience has been quite challenging for her.

“I’m a shy person, ever since I was little, I was just born like that but I can see that my supporters want to see some change in me, that’s why I will try my utmost best to make them proud. I entered this competition thinking that I would just get on stage and sing as it seemed easy but I won’t lie, it is difficult.” She told the newspaper.

She has further requested for her supporters to vote for her this week as this will give her the chance to give them what they want.
