Idols SA 2020 Johannesburg Auditions

The Idols SA 2020 Johannesburg auditions took place on Saturday, March, 7, 2020 at Carnival City.

Vivacious singer Buhle from The Soil was invited as a guest judge on the judging panel and she definitely brought her bubbly personality.

The Soil is a four-member acapella singing group best described as ‘Kasi Soul’. The first member of the group exists in a spiritual form as The Creator of all – the other three members are Buhlebendalo Mda, Luphindo Ngxanga, and Ntsika Fana Ngxanga.

Judge Randall Abrahams gave out a unique golden ticket while judge Somizi Mhlongo gave us all an English lesson.

Despite the fact that we have some really crazy auditions in Jozi, there were also some incredibly talented Idols SA hopefuls.

The Idols SA 2020 Johannesburg auditions were then televised on Sunday, August 16, 2020, on Mzansi magic at 17:30.
