A lot of things happened last evening and we would like to take you through a few highlights in case you didn’t catch the live show.
Well Botlhale was the first Top 3 contestant to perform as he sang his brand new single titled “Good Enough” on our live stage we truly loved it.
Next on stage was Mthokozisi with his brand new single titled “Masithandane” and surely the whole theatre rose to its feet during his performance.
By the way talking about “Masithandane”, Mthokozisi wrote this song himself. So isn’t he talented? well we think he is.
Next on stage was the only female left in the competition Paxton who stepped on stage to perform her brand new single “Demonstrate”, and as expected she just killed it off.
So after all those breath-taking performances from our Top 3 contestants, it was now time for what the entire South Africa and all Idols SA fans across the world had been waiting for, ‘The Idols SA season 13 finalists’.
Mthokozisi and Paxton were then announced as the two contestants who had made it to this season’s grand finale while it was the end of the road for the equally talented Botlhare after putting up a fierce fight.
Next on stage was singer LaSauce who performed has song “I Do”.
Mthokozisi then took to the stage with a blast from the past (Theatre Week) as he performed “Mthande” by Musa.
Paxton was next on stage singing “American Boy” by Estelle from Theatre Week.
It was time for Mthokozisi’s last one of the night as he closed things off with his favourite performance of the season, Ringo’s “Kum Na Kum”.
Teenage sensation Paxton then sang her favourite song of the season to wrap things up, TK’s “Over The Rainbow”.
Congratulations to our finalist Mthokozisi Ndaba and Paxton Fielies and farewell to Botlhare Phora.
