BBNaija 2024 Week 9 Voting Results and Evicted Housemates

Big Brother Naija Season 9 Week 9 Evicted Housemates Ocee, Kassia, and Topher in 2024
Ocee, Kassia, and Topher have been evicted from the Big Brother Naija house on Day 63 of season 9.

The Big Brother Naija Season 9 voting results of Week 9 have been announced during today’s live eviction show on Day 63 (Sunday 24 March 2024).

This week we had nine housemates nominated and up for possible eviction from the Big Brother Naija Season 9 house, they are all listed below.

Who knew the Saturday Night Turn Up would turn into a farewell party? Ebuka surprised the housemates with a visit – but left with two fewer in the house.

The Saturday Night Turn Up ended in an unforgettable shocker as Thelma Lawson and Bright Morgan were evicted following a surprise visit from Ebuka. What began as a night of high energy and post-party joy quickly turned into heartbreak, leaving the house reeling.

The housemates were thrilled to see Ebuka, their favourite table shaker, and it took him some time to calm their excitement. In true host fashion, he toyed with their emotions, fielding questions from the house. When Thelma Lawson boldly asked him what love is, Ebuka tossed the question back to Kaybobo. Smooth, as always.

But the mood shifted dramatically when Ebuka dropped the eviction bombshell. Denial spread through the house almost instantly. Kola flat-out refused to believe Bright Morgan had left, while Dede attempted to ground him in reality. Mide, on the other hand, couldn’t contain her emotions, hiding under the covers in tears after kissing Bright Morgan goodbye.

Kaybobo also felt the sting, especially after sharing a kiss with Thelma Lawson just hours earlier. Their undeniable spark – ignited at the previous night’s kiss and fuelled during the party where they danced closely – ended abruptly with her eviction. Thelma’ Lawson’s reaction was intense; still buzzing from the party and the drinks, she hardly had time to process her sudden exit.

The emotional aftershocks rippled through the house. Imisi empathised deeply with Mide’s heartbreak, understanding the pain of losing someone close, while Dede encouraged her to comfort Kola, who had lost a friend in Bright Morgan.

Mide, however, showed signs of anger beneath her grief. While others clung to denial, she insisted on accepting the reality of the eviction to protect herself from further disappointment. Her immediate concern was laughing in the aftermath of Bright Morgan’s eviction – hinting at unfinished business she intends to settle.

Before leaving, Ebuka reminded the housemates that the eviction show would proceed as usual on Sunday, with more possible exits on the horizon.

The big question remains: will reality finally sink in for Kola and Rooboy, who are still holding onto denial, or will they continue to believe their friends (and enemies) haven’t truly left?
